🔁 Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is expired or not as described.

⏳ Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used.
  • Return request made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with discount coupons, unless damaged.

📝 How to Request a Return

    • Your Order ID
    • A clear photo of the product and outer packaging
    • Reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

💸 Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup of the item from your address (if available).
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged product), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
