1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.

- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was not delivered within the estimated delivery timeline (excluding delays due to natural calamities or logistic issues).
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are not provided for buyer’s remorse or if you simply change your mind after the product has been shipped.
